I've also been taking a B-100 complex and have suspected it causing a slight digestive issue. It also contains "Inositol FCC" at 100 mg. Very glad you brought it up as I will focus on it a lot more.

Also, vitamin D isn't a problem for me either as I was taking it before the iodine. I'm at 5K IU every other day.
