Thanks for the advice, i printed out your mantra i'm gonna hang it up. the xanax definitley chilled me out.

I crashed yesterday an had no choice but to eat a Sugar laced granola bar as i was out in the middle of no where about topass out. So my body is probably still dealing with that.I'm getting off all the BS herbs except my vit d/udos oil/lecithin, an cod liver oil. sticking to green greens and my spinach salad. no proteins. everytime i eat proteins I crash.

I dont care what anyone says i'm keeping my diet more alkaline, every time I eat acid forming foods I spiral downward to near death.

When i followed a alkaline diet, skin brushing, rebounding, Epsom Salt baths, my ms symptoms decreased rapidly.
