Yeah, Fordyce spots... sorry, but it's probably permanent unless you can get someone to successfully remove them with a laser, etc. If you find someone who can, let me know. I've tried a few dermatologists/cosmetic surgeons and no dice.

I think having prominent spots is even worse than EC itself. Peeling/raw lips are one thing, but having white spots all over makes it look like I have some gross disease. Anyone else feel this way?
