Sowwy, mo' questions.

Do I need Bone, Flesh, an Cartilage Tincture? Getting ready to place an order.

My once injured left knee began to pop during a brisk walk a year or two ago, and an MD gave me a cortisone shot and told me I'd need knee replacement surgery in 1 to 10 years. I then began to take Glucosamine and it *may* have helped, because I kept walking and knee seemed OK. It still makes a little noise once in a while but it doesn't malfunction. Was thinking about Prolo therapy too, but that's expensive and me thinks IP might do my joints some good.
