Awhile back when I consulted with Julia Chang, who sells the Chinese herbs--she
said not to eat any salad or anything raw. I have since realized that the Chinese
medicine people do advise against raw foods. It seems very confusing for us, because
so many differenet nutritionists say raw can be good. It seems that it must
all be individual. I have no problem with raw foods myself and yes I eat lots
of Granny Smith apples (the lowest Sugar apple). So if you can digest raw foods
and in particular raw apple (which some cannot), then by all means HAPPY EATING!!!
Yes, I eat them up until soon before I flush on flush day.
