Let's question & analyze this: you had a feeling "it would do that to me", means what exactly?

I said that because my body reacts the way it wants to, always has. You can say how cayenne is 'supposed' to make most people feel, and I will take cayenne and 9 times out of 10, I react differently than John Doe. I had to virtually stop cayenne because even the 90k stuff is stimulating my bowels too much, and I don't have nutritional support to back that up at this time. I'll do as the program recommends and hopefully it will turn out fine. I never did too well with raw ACV but I was never on a cleanse like this either, so this all may do me a world of good.

I'll read this reply well and I do think I'll do this program. I know it's not all ups, and I'm afraid of St John's Wart after a terrible allergic reaction I had to it many years ago.
