Boatman,

Your absolutely correct. The SOURCE of the fish oil is very important and when you think about how these company's get fish oil into the gel cap, it will make you sick.

I'm a huge advocate of Ray Peat and avoiding PUFA's, read up on his studies if you haven't already. It will rock your mind.
