Hello, I have a child with recurrent urinary tract infections and I have been trying to find a natural cure instead of Antibiotics which don't seem to work.

I read about Colloidal Silver being a natural Antibiotic and that it can cure urinary tract infections. Could someone please tell me how much I should be giving my child (9 years old) and how many times per day? How long before we start to see relief from symptoms?
