I've been on 50 mgs for a month then got really toxic. Stopped for 2 days because salt loading and coffee enema's only helped short term.Felt better after stopping .Started back on 36 mgs today and bang very toxic again.
I'm taking sel,vit a ,zinc ,e, b , multi,d3,mag

What do l do now....
