Trying to work out buying the stuff, so here are some quick questions on strength of lugols and how long does it last: Can one begin on 2% strength? or best 5% strength? Also how long does a 500ml bottle usually last someone on 50mg a day? How many drops equate to 50mg? Cheers again!
