Hi Ashley,

Another very good probiotic is Custom Probiotics. VSL#3 and CP are the very best there is.

Also, I understand about this website making your mental state worse, because people here are only focused on disease; parasites, candida, like an obsession.

But it's understandable too, because people don't feel good and wondering what's wrong with them.

However it is good for healing to detach the mind from problems and think positive and see oneself as healthy - with maybe some temporary problems.

Makes a huge difference.
