Hi Yoann.
Sorry,I think you may have misunderstood me in parts, or maybe I have, so I'll try to be a bit clearer.
The digestive enzymes alone, don't cure anything, but when you are eating the good fats, oils and proteins (like the foods/products on my list )these enzymes help you to digest the fats/oils/proteins better, and absorb the nutrients.
A lot of people do not have enough stomach acid.
It's possible that the enzymes you were taking, were not compatible with your body. There are so many brands out there. I've tried quite a few, but have stuck to one brand namely, because all they do is make enzymes, and also because their enzymes are the highest potency I have seen.
I buy mine from the Whole Foods store.
This is the brand:

I also take my lemon juice or apple cider vinegar in water,
alternatively. Perhaps this is something that might work for you. You could give it a try.. it's a cheap one.
The NIS is a modality or technique that is done on the brain (very pleasant and non invasive) by a practitioner . There are no supplements involved.. But unfortunately, there aren't any in Saudi Arabia. They actually are not even that widespread in North America. It is a deep shame, because I know what it can do.
I hope this helps better.
2 last thoughts:
1. It may help you a lot if you eliminate all grains and carbohydrates. It might help your anxiety level and blood sugar.
2. You don't have to mention it, but just something to think about.. But could there have been some kind of trauma that occured to you, that you haven't dealt with and made peace with? These type of repressions can make and keep one sick. If so, you may have to add some kind of emotional work to your healing plan.
God Bless you
