Thanks a lot. I'm not alone. We seem to have the exact experience. I'll try apple cider vinegar. To give you an update with the 'onion' smell, I don't smell it today fortunately. Yesterday I stopped my neti pot routine and add a pinch of baking soda to my drinking water. Not sure if that has something to do today, but I'll keep doing it.
