Good to hear your update. I don't think any point weighing now if its that time if month. Sure you will pick up some water weight.

Sounds good on the 17 days for you and at the weight you are at that sounds more than good.

Today is my day 15 at 233.8 today from starting 258.8.Feel great.Lighter and clear headed and just excellent.

Wife is day 6 of juice fast at 191.2 from 199.Juice is sure nicer than water in terms of getting to taste something. I do find myself very bored of not eating if that is the word.Wish could stop now but not going to.
