Sometimes muscles twitches are just from a bad joints. they can happen anywhere if a bone is stressed. The muscles just twitch. Neurological sort of. spasms. Sometimes its deceiving where the twitches are coming from.
Hips can do it, legs can jump, jaws.. Happens all the time. I wouldnt worry about it. It will eventually stop and correct itself. C
