If I could get my body running as good as my car and motorcycle, I'll be in great shape! I have book for both [that I keep all fluids mileage on] and do OCI [oil change intervals] religiously with excellent lubricants such as Pennzoil Platinum synthetic 5-30, Shell Rotella T6 5-40 synthetic, Rotella T 15-40. Mobil Delvac 15-40, and Purolator PureONE oil filters. I usually buy oil cheap when it's on sale and keep several gallons on hand. I can tell you exactly how many miles are on each fluid the car or bike has. My 30% Peak Global Antifreeze [with distilled, not tap, water] is so clean it looks like I just added it today.

Happy vehicles, they are. Both 2003 models. I have 67k on the car and 13k on the bike. Sometime between 2/1 and 3/1/ 2011 I'm going to add brand new Rotella T6 5-40 synthetic oil to my car with a new PureONE oil filter, and maybe a cup or so of Duralube for extra protection. :) If I could live to age 150, this car would probably last me at least until then at the 3k miles I drive it each year.
