hi everyone! a little busy lately, so havn´t posted as much.
My period has arrived one week bfore its supposed to. I thought I wasn´t even going to get it. And it never comes in advance. Blergh!
my weight is 129.6 pounds. Slowed down a lot!
Feel good. Yesterday the taste in my mouth changed from rotten garlic to a sweet taste. My energy is ok as long as I dont move or walk too fast in which case i´m a little short on breath.
I have decided to stop at day 17 and do my last 4 days refeeding partly juices.
See ya at day 17 for final stats.
