Cisco the pictures in the article are from Jan 2010, This was when they were upgrading the weather radar around my area, the ring you can see is the test images. LOL, the guys that were upgrading the radar were staying at my hostel.

I rang one of the guys when I saw this article this morning. They had a good laugh, as did I when I realised what these images actually are.

The actual radar image was generated when the Kalgoorlie radar was upgraded, along with the radar in Esperance.
