Wombat, I agree with what you're saying about providing "proof". No one can give proof. It's supposed to be all about sharing what has worked for us and what hasn't.

Arguing on a debate forum is to be expected, but to demand "proof" is silly. No one, on either side, can prove anything. They can only make claims and tell their stories and then we decide what we want to believe.

To argue and try to convince is one thing, but to demean and belittle others because you disagree is another.
