I agree with "Newbe" on the issue of Sea Salt . I believe (from what I've read AND my own direct experience) that it greatly ASSISTS the body in rehydrating and helps the water move throughout the system properly, as well as providing trace minerals that almost everyone is probably deficient in. Of course you have to be certain that you are using only actual good quailty Sea Salt (such as Real Salt or better yet, true Celtic Sea Salt ).... NOT the kind that is labeled "Sea Salt" and sold in grocery stores. If it is a grey-ish color (NOT white) and is slightly moist so that it clumps together.... it is most likely a good quality salt. And of course, if you aren't drinking enough water DON'T use the sea salt. Then you COULD get into trouble with electrolyte balances. But as long as you are drinking plenty of water, I believe it's a great thing. Just my two cents.....
