I've used apple cider vinegar to put on my salads that have chicken in it because I like the taste, but never noticed a difference in the way I've felt before. I wish there was one pill cure all, but it's probably too much to ask for.

Anyone know of a way to remove most or all of the salt from fish?
I miss fish....... Hehe
