Hi,
I use the Now Foods formula

It says on the label:
This product is best used by gradually increasing dosage over a two week period with a one week break before repeating.

Okay, but how often can I or should I repeat?
Sounds to me like they think twice two weeks is enough.
I have my doubts.
Any suggestions?
