I guess I should mention that in the past five years I spent 5 hellish months on Accutane and then 4+ hellish years on Lexapro and then Celexa. None of the drugs were needed.. and they almost took my life. That's why I'm trying to take my health in my own hands. I had developed liver/gallbladder pain two years ago on the Lexapro, and it had become very bad in the past 2 months. It is improved today, but still aches. I hope that future flushes will aid this.

Just a question. What fat source should I try on my next flush? Or is it all the same to you, that anything I eat is somehow going to magically be transformed into globules via saponification?
