All,
Would you advise on the following:
I had my first colonic on Monday Feb 6th. I was VERY VERY VERY gasy.
I started the 10-DAY Master Cleanse on Wednesday morning, Feb 8th.

Would it be a good idea to try the liver cleanse since the Master-Cleanse is so strict in what
should/should not be eaten?

I've never done one before and want to prepare first;using the Organic Apple Juice since I have 2 gallons at home.

Or should I wait until after the Master-Cleanse to do the Liver Flush.
