I wouldnt wish chronic candidiasis on my worst enemy. Feeling like you have the flu every day for years on end as you struggle to make sense of what's happening to your body is exhausting. It's made worse by the fact that those around you have no idea what you're going through and the symptoms you have to deal with each and every day can crush your spirit. It's made even worse if you happen to consult with a GI specialist who is clueless about candida, and sends you to your GP or a psychiatrist for benzo and ssri scripts because it's "all in your head" (me about 15 years ago).

Anyway, I have to agree with Jorge. There is no silver bullet for this problem. Maybe some day modern medicine will wake up to this crisis and really try to tackle it head on. Until then, we just have to do the best we can with the info we have. You have to educate yourself as best you can, and avoid any info that sounds dubious or potentially dangerous.
