I started with Dr. Lam in January. Dh-pro and Preg-easy were added by the end of February. I was taking adrenoplex for about a month but dr. lam took me off.

I was trying to take magnesium but it upsets my stomach. I read somewhere that ZMA is recommended for AF. I tried and it worked. I felt better probably because there was some zinc deficiency.

I was in the stage 3 between b and c.

I was taking lams vitamins, minerals, etc. breathing exercises, tai-chi... I am not sure that just vit c abd b will do.
