Thanks for the article. Pantethine complex works for me. Thank god there is something that relieves it, I had gotten to a point where I could barely put together a coherent sentence. I couldn't control it and I became anxious and self conscious about it, in addition to people not wanting to talk to me. Pantethine makes me feel like a person again, but I have to constantly keep taking it. I hope to solve the source of the brain fog, candida, sooner than later and get off the pantethine.
