Good advice, Montecristo.

A couple days ago, I couldn't imagine continuing--the nausea, the aches and pains, the lethargy, the dizziness, and OMG, the dreadful insomnia!

And then suddenly...peace.

So when--not if--I reach that stage again, I'll be ready!
