i will preempt the anti flush brigade with some science...

you said you had 4 avocados, and that was what prompted your flush.

4 avocados would yield (and i am being extremely generous) about .25 grams of sterol content each. so you ingested approximately 1 gram of plant sterol in your food.

1 gram is equivalent to .03 ounces.

A PENNY WEIGHS 2.5 GRAMS!!!!!!!!!!

and yet you dumped hundreds if not thousands of stones.

how will the flush brigade account for such a gross mismatch in accounting?

hmmm, let's see, on one hand we have .03 ounces of sterol and on the other hand a toilet bowl full of stones. something is not adding up here if we buy into the 'soap stone' theory.

nice try guys, but it looks like the math is doing you in once again.
