Whenever I have sex or just feel kinda "off" down there I put a couple drops of oregano oil AND tea tree oil in an empty veggie capsule, than fill the rest with jojoba oil and insert it. Very important to do since oregano oil is verrrry potent and can burn if not diluted properly. I usally insert a boric acid capsule followed by one of my oregano/tea tree capsules. This one-two punch approach really makes a difference for me, and my sex life ;)

I don't use the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract drops, mine come from GNC. It's mixed with glycerin and has the consistency of a gel. Where did you get your GSE? Does it have any extra additives?
