Yep, try to pinpoint the problems, take a Metametrix bowl test and look at your overall digestion? Yeast, parasites, hopefully it can be identified. Look into heavy metal testing, look into food sensitivities and food allergy s, get tests to rule out stuff, and even then, it's not enough. it's like peeling the layers of an onion. I'm in the same boat as you, trying to find underlying answers, otherwise the supplements I take don't do much and won't take care of the problems long term.
