I am taking:

Quantum C 1.5 and 1.5
C Support 2 and 2
Pandrenal 1 1
dh pro 1 1 every other day
preg easy 1 1
lipo C 1 1 do not take on weekend
lipo Glutath. 1 1 do not take on weekend only because the bottle is in the office
ZMA 3 a day currently run out of it


Dr. Lam said that i should start exercising more, working out with weights etc. it is time. I became so lazy. It would be difficult to start.


When i just started Lam's program, i felt somewhat better just a bit. every time he added something i would feel slightly better. I started in the middle of January and the first real improvement was only in the mid August. After this, I had major improvements frequently.


I cannot suggest how to start with Dr. Lam program. I think that I started with what i wrote above but
quantum was 1 and 1
there was no preg easy and dh pro.

no lipo stuff.

later lipo staff was added

and then preg easy and dh pro.

dosage was adjusted every phone call but I do not have the amount.

As dr rind says: start low, go slow.
