Hey guys,

I did an experiment on accident last night. For some reason I was craving avocados like nuts, and had 4 of them. Today, I have passed thousands of the stones via two bowel movements... and I have to say I was a bit freaked out and taken off guard by this. After each movement, I felt one hundred times better, as when I had gotten up this morning I felt groggy and fatigued and just crappy. Apparently all of the fat from the avocados did the trick, because the things I passed look just like what everyone here has passed.. and the second time I did it there were some 1/2 inchers in there.

So there! Liver Flush without the olive oil. what do you know!
