I saw improvement with Lam too, but I could not stick with the program because it just took too much discipline in my fragile state.

I think we really do not understand how large doses of vitamin c and b5 really affect our bodies, but it helps some and some get no benefit or get worse.

My digestion was actually better with Lam than it is now. Sometimes I have thought about combining liponano C with ssri and have thought that would work well. I may still try that some day if what I am doing now doesnt work.
