This would be my idea of heaven in a winter water fast. Paramahansa Yogananda is another big blessing. I have read his Autobiography... and appreciate his presence very much.

The incredible aloneness of Water Fasting --ah, that is really something remarkable -- It has so many 'flavours'. Yes, to that acute awareness of time... But, as you know, we are not really alone, it is the body that feels and believes itself to be alone, (and esp.so, without food) and it has convinced us that the Mind is the body too, when it's not,and it's not even containable to a body!


Sounds like a very fruitful journey for you.
