Did you ever post on the MMS forum? I remember you from some CZ forums.

Yeah, following an energetic, very bright person like Uny [or yourself for that matter] can't be a bad thing. If she can make me have her type of energy, I'll really be onto something good.

You may become more sensitive to the foods you should be avoiding so pay attention to your body, mind, soul, and your meals.

I believe it, and I will do that. This should be interesting. I knew there had to be some awesome CZ forums, it was just a matter of finding the right one[s]. Now I'm off to find some meats for my cats.
