I've heard Candida can't build resistance to Grapefruit Seed Extract. Have any of you found this to be true?

Have you used any antifungal continuously with long-term success? Or must they all be rotated? I'm taking Coconut Oil lately. Love that stuff in general, and will probably keep taking. Even if Candida builds resistance, there's plenty of other health benefits to it.
