Back in the day Epsom Salts came with instuctions for both internal and external use ! The fda made changes in the labeling requirments not because of any danger but as usual it is controlled by the pharmaceutical industry whose main agenda is to eliminate any competition! The Epsom Salts I use for internal use, and have for years, says "for external use only"!
