Thanks for your reply fledgling. I have had a lot of testing for food allergies in the past, like you, there are lists somewhere...lol. What I also probably need to do like you is go on a modified SCD allergen free etc diet. I also like the anti candida diet. I was considering a blended fast. Now I may put it off and do the candida/SCD. Though my plans for going vegan will have to be put on a back burner. I think a celebrity said recently "if it tastes good, spit it out."
