I have been taking cortif for 18 months for adrenals. I was taking 40 mg but now take 30 mg throughout the day in divided doses. I have tried to wean off but anything lower than 30mg, my heart begins to palpitate. I bought Ashwagandha and Nettle Leaf to take along with all of my other supplements in hopes it would help me to wean off or at least help me take a lower dose of Cortif. Would you help me accomplish this goal? Thank you very much Doctor.
