And any of the longevity conference vids with him you can find free.

Most interesting will be his videos with Arthur Haines... who *knows* how the Native Americans traditionally *processed* foods and herbs to maximize nutrient availability and efficacy, AND eliminate the anti-nutrients in them.

They *cooked*, certain foods, and used things like alkaline ashes, etc. in order to do this.

In the end... *you* have to decide what resonates with you or not.

Try not to get confused... though some of the Science is intriguing and convincing, *forget it*.

Listen to your body... pay attention to how it responds, either good or bad... and do what feels right.

Keep a food journal... if you feel *bad* or are run down, an hour or more after a meal... look at what you ate... and eliminate what you believe to be the culprit.

Try the same meal again at some point minus the *suspected food*, and see what happens.

If it is okay... you got it... if not... you made the wrong assumption.

Same process man has used for eons.

For instance, if I eat even a little starchy vegetables, my whole being can be out of sync for days... a plate of spaghetti, even if it is organic, whole grain, spelt, or whatever pasta, will just about kill me... it feels like it.

You will find your *own* way.
