I minimized salt loading because of the ridiculous swelling. Then I stopped it because of the bromide displacement theory. As Borax is also a salt as you say, is it safe to use 1/2 tsp of it for every liter? Or should it be sea salt @ 1/2 tsp per liter in conjunction with Borax @ 1/4?

The sea salt that I have is Brittany's Coarse Gray Sea Salt.

Last night was not symptom free, although I had much more sleep (10 hrs) than I've been getting. I'm confident it's candida now.

The swelling really got to me though. I could not move my arms or walk without pain. :( I guess the goal is to balance the swelling with the reduction in symptoms.
