Amen on going longer. Props and support to you. The first day is actually the hardest, i think. I always find it so. It is an anxiety about getting momentum going, maybe? Mentally it will be easier after the first day. You are settling into life-without-eating. Happiness happiness happiness to you... I got a lot of help reading people's fasting blogs: here's one I read:
