Hey Thanks for that just thinking,

I did know about D-Mannose, what put me off was because it's a Sugar and I have a bad candida problem, I thought it might cause more problems and It only worked for E coli.

Doc's never found any E coli but found pseudomonas. Concentrated cranberry helps me so may be this could help too!

I think may be I might try It though, I have so much to think about and so much more to learn.
