Hi....if there are sharp pains in the lower right side, then it is possible a big stone is trying to pass. But you mentioned the cold sweats, dizzy, nauseous feeling, this is more indicative of toxins being released....I am sure more fellow flushers will agree. Congested livers are not as efficient at expelling toxins, so the toxins buildup, when the stones travel downward, the toxins follow. And this causes a sense of ill feelings, i.e. the body reacting to the flood of toxins.

Looks like another Liver Flush should be done as soon as she recovers from this one. But if a stone is stuck, i.e. sharp right side pains, then more epson salts is needed to dialate the ducts.
