I've tried the zappers and the magnetic pulser (have swollen lymph nodes myself, many more than you do... and also am quite fatiqued, even though not chronically) and they did not seem to do much...

Now I'm taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for about 2 weeks (tried the incremental from 2 drops to 3 to 4 to... 10 in about 5 days [morning and evening] and switched to 3 drops with water each one hour for about 7-8 hours daily [whatever i manage since i'm at home, not in work, but have feelings of hunger, so it's difficult to do it on empty stomach for such a long time]) and am using the magnetic pulsar on the nodes...

I think I've got a subjective feeling that they might be shrinking, but it's too soon to tell and the observation might be also influenced by my wishful thinking to make them smaller, but I can keep you updated.

I'm using the pulsar and ozone generator (wanna try ear insufflation with it once I get a spare stetoscope) from http://www.goodvitality.co.uk
and am they seem to be good quality...
