Hi just thinking. Yeah, I've been drinking about 130 oz of water on average each day. Being about 135 lb, it seems to be a lot of water relatively. It helps to relieve some tension.

Borax is a godsend. I feel better with 1/4 tsp in water and now going to do another 1/4!
