Hi Iolite. I wasn't taking anything at the time of the original post but yes, I'm now currently taking NAC. Would you recommend milk thistle in conjunction with NAC?

When I asked the forum about supplements, NAC was suggested by you and the author of just thinking's COPD article. I think it's had a major impact on my breathing, enough for me to relinquish the fluoride-based Advair inhaler for now. Unbelievable! It also seems to have sped up the healing and clearing of the skin. Zinc picolinate had a significant, immediate effect on breathing upon intake as well.
