I make a batch, using the wilson's, with 2 tablespoons, which makes two coffee enemas when you put that in about a quart of water.
I've definitely been thinking about cutting that down though because it is quite strong. I was just going by the recipe they give.
But it may be much better to just do half that or less, especially starting out to see how you respond.
