Thanks cougar for your info! But I must say 140 lbs doesnt sound so bad to me hahaha. I am a meak 119 lbs! I used to be about 135 lbs and have so much muscle.

What Iodine do you guys suggest? I want to lean more towards the natural side. None of this chemical strong iodine.
